D274
Dinky 274 A.A. Mini Van. Near mint (rough casting) /in early red and yellow picture box. From The Lancashire Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1964-73, this early version has an original all-yellow finish, detailed early style ‘A.A.’ logos and a bright blue interior, bright spun wheels and a black baseplate. Notably, all the delicate transfers are intact and complete throughout and that includes the labels on the rear opening doors.
However, do note that this example has a rough casting in places so the paint finish is thin in some areas with the casting marks showing though.
The bright, crisp and clean, red and yellow picture box has day-one vibrant colours. Clean and very fresh-looking indeed. Storage crumple and no serrated tag.
