Notes
An unusual Gift Set from Corgi, made in collaboration with Marks & Spencer and sold only in selected stores in small quantities. Several Gift Sets were made in the range for a short period (during 1978) with unique liveries and distinctive boxes. No mention of Corgi on the models.
This is one of the medium-sized sets and comprises:
1) Ferrari Daytona in bright yellow with complete clean and bright distinctive labels ( tiny edge crease to the roof label). Couple of tiny marks only.
2) Jet Ranger Helicopter in matching green and yellow finish with perfect labels and working winch. Mint.
3) Speedboat in matching finish, with perfect paper labels. Fastened to a mint trailer.
4) *Dinghy in red and black with all deliate parts complete including the fluorescent paper labels. Mint.
Attractive, pristine colourful card backdrop and notably intact plastic tray in which the models sit.
The large colourful lid is in superb fresh condition with intact cellophane. No graffiti. Barely any wear at all.
Looks like unsold old shop stock.
